Since immigration law is exclusively federal, the regulations on all immigration matters are uniform across the country.  No matter which state or country you are in, we will be more than happy to assist you with all your immigration matters.

Consultation Fee:

We offer consultation services at the rate of $200/hour. 

If you subsequently retain our office as your attorney for the matter consulted upon within 2 weeks, your consultation is free.

To make a credit card payment:

1. Print and fill out the Consultation Questionnaire (a MS Word document);
2. E-mail back the completed Questionnaire;
3. Make credit card payment through Paypal at https://www.paypal.com, the largest online payment service, to Lfan@fbvisa.com
4. Upon receiving your payment, we will contact you to schedule your appointment with one of our attorneys.

To make payment by check or money order:

1. Print and fill out the Consultation Questionnaire (a MS Word document);
2. Mail the completed Questionnaire along with your payment;

We offer free evaluation service to potential clients who may qualify for alien of extraordinary (EB-1(a)), outstanding researcher/professor (EB-1(b), national interest waiver (NIW), and potential labor certification cases.
